What will happen or should happen if a player or a team comes down with the virus when games are ready to be played or are underway ?

or any of the game sites come down with infections

suspend the tournament ? team forfeits the game ?

seems to me the tournament will be walking a tightrope with this number of teams and several different sites in play.

Takes 3 weeks for you to even know you have it. If they get it during the tournament....all games would be completed by that time. If they already have it because they’re not protecting themselves....then maybe it hits during the tournament. But most likely that’s not the case-unless they live under a rock and haven’t been cautious.

The coronavirus tends to take five days to cause symptoms, research suggests.

Scientists from John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, looked at 181 people who tested positive for the strain Covid-19 between 4 January and 24 February.

Results show most developed the tell-tale flu-like symptoms within five days, while nearly all (97.5%) endured fever, cough and breathlessness within 11.5 days.

The scientists predict 101 out of every 10,000 patients develop symptoms after 14 days, the typical time suspected sufferers spend in quarantine.
One expert stressed there is “little evidence to suggest a quarantine period of 14 days is not suitable”.

I have decided to cancel my March Madness trip to Vegas do to the increasing spreading of the coronavirus. Its just too risky to be in contact with people from all over the world during this crisis and take a chance of being infected with it.I have very serious heart problems so i would probably more immune to catch it....people are saying stuff like they are all doctors, and in all reality no one knows how long it takes to hit you,how severe it will hit you(even death)and how and if you can prevent it.

so no matter all the scientists on here who thinks they know it all about this virus be my guest, but i'm being on the cautious side as Vegas will always be there

My cardiologist also says its a very big risk to take and would advise me to make the right choice,...

Honestly don't blame you. I recall you having health problems a year or 2 ago. Although similar to the flu, it's not the flu. The way it spreads is much different. Hopefully this clears before my trip to Europe but im going either way.

If you have a preexisting conditions like this guy or if ur older you might want to be extra cautious - per the surgeon general the average age of those that have died is 80 - and the vast majority have an underlying condition - if you are under 40 and u catch Corona Virus u have a 0.02% chance of dying - I too think this a bunch of fear mongering - I'm going to Vancouver in 2 weeks and if I can get a mask I will wear it on the plane but I will not be wearing it to a restaurant
